Following the revision of nomenclature for the various levels of schooling in 2002, High Schools have been further classified into either Middle Secondary Schools or Higher Secondary Schools. Middle Secondary schooling (Class IX and X) are provided by Middle Secondary Schools and some Higher Secondary Schools.
