SPOTLIGHT:     His Majesty appoints constitutional post holders 7 August, 2010 - His Majesty the King and chief justice of Bhutan, Lyonpo Sonam Tobgye joins the chief election commissioner, Dasho Kunzang Wangdi, auditor general Ugyen Chhewang and chairperson of anti corruption commission, Dasho Neten Zangmo in offering prayers at the kunrey of the Tashichhodzong dzong after His Majesty appointed the three constitutional post holders to their post yesterday. According to the Royal Kasho, the appointments were made to not coincide with the term of the elected government and general elections.
